SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Standard delivery is $17.95 for orders under $100.

Free standard delivery is available on orders of $100 or more.

Express delivery is available for $21.95.

DELIVERY TIMES

After your order has been dispatched, estimated Australia Post delivery times are:

• Standard delivery: approximately 2–8 business days
• Express delivery: approximately 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, busy periods and Australia Post service disruptions.

ORDER PROCESSING

All products, including ready-made, personalised and made-to-order items, are prepared for dispatch within 2–7 business days. This preparation time is additional to the delivery times above. Express delivery speeds up postage after dispatch; it does not shorten the 2–7 business day preparation time.

If you need an order by a particular date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether it is possible.

LOCAL PICKUP

Free local pickup is available by prior arrangement only. Please email pj.luxe.shop@gmail.com before placing your order so we can confirm collection arrangements. We will let you know when your order is ready to collect.

TRACKING

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be emailed to you after your order has been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard international shipping is $29.99 AUD to the destinations available during checkout.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges that may apply.
