How Personalisation Works at PJ Luxe
Ordering a personalised gift should feel exciting, not uncertain. This guide explains the basic PJ Luxe process and the details worth checking before you place an order.
1. Choose a product with personalisation options
Start in the Personalised Gifts collection. Current options include a travel makeup case, a compact travel jewellery case and made-to-order T-shirts. Open the individual product page for current colours, sizes, prices and availability.
2. Select the available product options
Choose the colour, size or lettering option offered on the page. Options differ by product, so do not assume that a colour or style shown on one item is available on another.
3. Enter the personalisation carefully
Use the personalisation field on the product page and enter the name, initials, wording or requested design detail exactly as you want it produced. Keep within any character or format guidance shown.
4. Check spelling, capitalisation and size
Read the personalisation back slowly before adding the item to your cart. Check:
- the spelling of every name or word;
- upper- and lower-case letters;
- the selected product colour;
- the selected size, where relevant; and
- any extra instructions included with the order.
Personalised items are prepared from the details supplied at checkout. If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact PJ Luxe as soon as possible. A change may not be possible once production has started.
5. Review the production time
Some personalised products are made to order and need preparation before dispatch. The Personalised T-Shirts product states a 2–7 business-day production window. For other personalised items, use the timing and product information shown on the current product page, or ask before ordering if you have a fixed event date.
6. Review your cart and delivery details
Check the item, quantity and personalisation before checkout. Enter the delivery address carefully and review the available shipping information during checkout. Production time and carrier delivery time are separate, so allow for both.
7. Keep your order confirmation
Your confirmation is the easiest reference if you need to ask a question about the order. Keep it until the item has arrived and you have checked the personalisation.
Need help before ordering?
If a detail is unclear, use the PJ Luxe Contact page before placing the order. A quick check is better than guessing, especially when the item is being created for a particular date or person.
